FMCSA's Annual Analysis, Research, and Technology Sessions

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration (FMCSA) held its 19th annual Analysis, Research, and Technology Sessions on January 14, 2020, in conjunction with the 99th annual meeting of the Transportation Research Board.

The sessions continue to attract a diverse crowd of industry stakeholders, safety advocates, researchers, technology companies, government representatives, and domestic and international transportation professionals. This year, FMCSA showcased several of our safety priorities and discussed efforts to safely integrate automated driving systems into the CMV industry. Other topics included registration and safety data visualizations, Small Business Innovation Research (SBIR) projects, and the Agency’s research agenda.
